Shipping Time Frames

All orders of items in-stock will be cut and shipped within 2-3 business days. Pre-orders will contain approximate  arrival dates for cutting and shipping. These pre-order timeframes are subject to change due to the unpredictable nature of international manufacturing, however I work closely with my supplier to deliver on schedule. Local shipping once in transit can take 3 – 7 days to arrive, however parcels have been known to take longer depending on the State within Australia they are shipping to. I ship with Australia Post and all items are tracked in pre-paid satchels for your protection. International shipments may take 2-3 weeks to arrive, this is often dependent on local Customs Centres.

International customers

Unfortunately, our prices don’t include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs, all the stuff you may be charged to receive your shipment at home. *Make sure you consider all fees,* because once your order arrives you’ll be required to pay all taxes, duties, etc. (we won’t be able to refund you if you change your mind).

Fabric refund/exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will personally cut and ship all fabric, however I am human, and may miss something. If the fabric has a printing error a replacement where possible will be provided at my expense. If you are simply not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any regular priced item of 1 yard or more for a refund less $5 and a 35% restocking fee. Postage is non-refundable. All fabric must be in original condition. You must contact me within 7 days if you would like to return your fabric.

Please wash your fabric as you would normally and press, before sewing, as the fabric has an estimated shrinkage of: 2-4% in length and 2-4% in width.
